Shipping

At IEG we offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 for any customer living in the Canadian Provinces, and the continental United States.

For orders in the Canadian Territories, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico, and all international orders, please visit the cart when you are ready to check out and your estimated shipping charge will be calculated.

Returns

You may return all items purchased at our online store within 30 days of the original delivery. You are required to pay the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. When returning the product make sure to include a copy of your order as well as writing the order number on the outside of the return package. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

We will pay the return shipping costs on commercial sales, or if the product is defective, or the return is a result of our error.

Please note that we cannot exchange items for a different size.  You must return the items and then place a new order for the items you wish to get.
