Our Services

CAD Design

We can create your invention in 3D so you may see it as a virtual object before moving forward to prototyping.  This way we can fix any apparent flaws immediately and at low cost compared to many iterations in prototyping.

CAD designs typically takes from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity and the level of accuracy required for your designs.

Prototyping

We offer design consultations and prototyping services for those that are looking to bring a new product to market.  We currently offer prototyping for rubber, plastic, die cast and milled metal parts.

Prototyping typically takes from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity and the level of accuracy of your drawings and designs.

Custom and OEM Solutions

Production Cost Analysis

We offer a cost reduction analysis service for your existing products. We have been reviewing many existing products from our resellers and have managed to reduce their costs by 10 to 60%.

Here are some of the items we consider when suggesting possible variations to an existing product to reduce production costs: Product design, Materials used, Production process, Packaging, Quality requirements, and Shipping.

Mass Production

We offer mass production facilities for any type of plastic, rubber or die cast metal product.  We also provide mass production of CNC cut wooden and aluminum parts.

The mass production cycle typically takes 8 to 24 weeks to start depending on the size and complexity of the mold and the level of accuracy required.
